Super Complicated Instruction for Listening to the New Franz Ferdinand Single:

1) Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/
2) Go to "Listen Again to Radio One." It's the second blue title down. Click on "Check out all the BBC radio shows you can listen to " at the bottom of the section.
3) Scroll down and click on Lamacq Live. The program will start at the left of the box.
4) Click on Fast forward 15 mins (the right button) three times. The clock should read 19:45:00
5) Click on fast forward 5 mins. (the middle button) twice. The clock will read 19:55:00

Sort of, anyway. My dance teacher, Angela, heard me talk about my current state of poorness and said her office needed some temp help with admin duties, so I said that would be swell. Best part? $12 an hour. Shucks howdy, it is nice indeed.

And, for something completely different, I Should Coco by Lush is the best soap ever. It smells heavenly, and the coconut in it acts as a natural exfoliator. Hooray for girly soap!

Strolling around Barnes and Noble last night and I happened to glance down at my fav publication of adolesence, Animerica. Then I see that it's the final issue. Horrified, I read on. It's closing down! NOOO! Holy crap, this is so sad. And there doesn't even seem to be a reason given for it. My 14-year-old self is in deep mourning.

In other news, I met Josh Bell, I guy I knew from high school, in B&N. Small world, idinnit? In the past few years, he grew some arm muscles, which frightens me a little. And I didn't mention you, Law!

1. I can't stand having someone else sleep in my bed. I don't sleep very well because I'm trying not to toss and turn, and then I end up rolling over on them. I can never be married.

3. My first kiss was disgusting. It was drooly and I think the dude was trying to remove my tonsils with his tongue.

I understand that my parents are just trying to help, but generally "helping" is not defined as bringing up a person's source of anxiety whenever possible. It consumes my entire life; I don't want to talk about it. And nagging me endlessly about trying to sell my Europe story to the Sun isn't making me feel any better. They honestly act like I'm not trying to get a job. Hello! I've applied to 35 jobs, and four more waiting to be sent off. It's not my fault that nobody wants me. Trust me, I don't like being unemployed any more than they do. So, stop acting like it's my fault and stop trying to talk about it with me all the time. I would appreciate it.
