Well, my $12/hour job ended after only five hours of work. Guess there wasn't as much backup as I was led to believe. But the guy did say that he would call if they needed any help next week. And I've got an interview tomorrow (8 am!) and Friday, so we'll see how it goes. |

Sort of, anyway. My dance teacher, Angela, heard me talk about my current state of poorness and said her office needed some temp help with admin duties, so I said that would be swell. Best part? $12 an hour. Shucks howdy, it is nice indeed.
And, for something completely different, I Should Coco by Lush is the best soap ever. It smells heavenly, and the coconut in it acts as a natural exfoliator. Hooray for girly soap!

I'm really excited about the new clothing line from Gwen Stefani, but damn. $50 for a shirt?! Poor people should be cute too. |

| | Joy Division - Love Will Tear Us Apart | ] | Strolling around Barnes and Noble last night and I happened to glance down at my fav publication of adolesence, Animerica. Then I see that it's the final issue. Horrified, I read on. It's closing down! NOOO! Holy crap, this is so sad. And there doesn't even seem to be a reason given for it. My 14-year-old self is in deep mourning.
In other news, I met Josh Bell, I guy I knew from high school, in B&N. Small world, idinnit? In the past few years, he grew some arm muscles, which frightens me a little. And I didn't mention you, Law! |

| | contemplative | ] | 5 Things Survey
List five things that most of your friends don't know about you. Then, list five people you think will do this survey.
1. I can't stand having someone else sleep in my bed. I don't sleep very well because I'm trying not to toss and turn, and then I end up rolling over on them. I can never be married.
2. When my mom was pregnant with me in Hawaii, I would kick continuously until she went into the ocean. Then she would get freaked out and run back to land, where I would commence kicking.
3. My first kiss was disgusting. It was drooly and I think the dude was trying to remove my tonsils with his tongue.
4. I despise my nose. I think it's way too big for my face and, if I weren't so squeamish, I would probably get a nose job.
5. My mom is trying to convince me to get a tattoo with her. This is especially WTF for anyone who's actually met my mother.
And the people most likely to fill this out are:
1. Caity 2. Lilith 3. Sarah 4. Christa 5. Lee |

Like me, only better! I would love to learn how to do her smoky eye, however.
Saw Law today and we caught up and talked about all the crazy people we know. It was nice to see him because I haven't kept in touch with anyone from Trusler and they were a fun bunch. (With notable exceptions.) |
